Emotional Intelligence is the ability of a person to monitor own and other person emotions, to discriminate different emotion and label it appropriately and use it to guide our behavior and thinking to others, and how to Emotional Intelligence can affect your career? Here i give to some practical tips to build your career by developing emotional intelligence.

1.  Emotional Intelligence started by knowing yourself (Self-Awareness), know your own power.
2. Develop an attitude of optimism, attitude which is one element of this Emotional Intelligence will allow you to achieve success and happiness, because people who are optimistic usually live longer, healthier, more able to explore self ability and enjoy success.
3. Develop Flexibility, not much that remarkable success and satisfctorily acgieved when we are thinking of something beyond what is we have planned.
4. Utilize your skills in interpersonal relationships, not in the sense necessary to know many things about a person, but more to develop strong relationship that can contribute to you reach the goal.
5. Build Resilience, the road to success is not never smooth, how do you address the easiest person to be invited cooperate? you should willing to share information and resources. Help colleagues around you to get what they want, focus on strengths rather than their weaknesses, empathize with their needs, give their way to achieve the goals and express your appreciation in their success.
6. Join and follow the professional development training.
7. Take advantage of your intuition, Intuition is the best guides we have.
8. Make yourself a valuable team member, many types of works these today are done by the team, the spirit of collaboration becomes important, you have to learn how to redress grievances and turn it into a constructive things, learn how to motivate teammates and move on.
9. Apply your existing leadership attitude in you since from birth. In terms of transmitting the spirit ethics motivation to your co-workers, but of course still consider their feelings.

Pygmalion Law - Effect from Positive Think

Pygmalion name is remembered until now to describe the impact of a pattern of thinking positive. if we think positively about a situation or someone, often the result actually be positive.
for example,
if we are being friendly to someone, that person too will be friendly towards us.
if we treat our children as a bright child, he/she finally will become one.
if we are confident that our efforts will succeed, immense possibilities efforts can be a partial success.
the impact of positive thinking pattern is called the Pygmalion Effect.

Our minds are indeed often have an impact fulfilling prophecy or prophecy fulfilled, both positive and negative. if we consider our neighbors bad so we do not want to hangout with them, then finally they really become bad for us.
if we suspect and we do not consider children to be honest, then he finally really be dishonest with us.
if we were desperate and felt unable at the start of a business, the chances we really will fail.
Pygmalion mindset is thinking, guessing and hope only good about a situation or person.
imagine, how big impact if we minded positive like that, we will not prejudice about other people.
 if we think badly about other people, there is always a thing for suspect badly. if there is a friend gives a gift to us of course that's a good deed, but if we think bad, we would be suspicious, "perhaps he is trying to persuade." or we nag, "Ah, the gift is only inexpensive goods."
Loss mindset like that is ourselves, we become easily suspicious and unhappy. on the contrary, if we think positive, we would enjoy the gift with a sense of joy and gratitude, "He was so generous, even though he was busy, he remembered to give it to us."

The color of life is dependent on the color glasses we wear.
if we use gray glasses , everything would appear gray, life became gray and gloomy. but if we wear glasses that light, everything would appear sunny. Glass eyes are prejudiced or hate will make our lives suspicion and hatred, but peaceful glasses will make we live peacefully.
life would be better if we look at it in terms of good, think weel of themselves, think well of others, good thinking about the state, Think well of God. impact though it would be so good as we feel, Family is warm, comrade became trustworthy, neighbors became familiar, work become fun, world became friendly, life becomes beautiful, like Pygmalion.

Pygmalion was a talented young man at sculpting, he was really good at it. His hand carved works are really good, but not his skill that makes him known and loved by his friends and neighbors. Pygmalion is knows as a person who likes to think positive, he looked everything from a good angle.
if there's a muddy field in the city center, people are grumbling...but Pygmalion doesn't, he said "Fortunately, another field not as bad as this."
When there is a statue buyers insist to bargain, his friends are whispering " That Person are so stingy." but Pygmalion said "Maybe he needs to use the money in other things."
When there is children stealing apples from Pygmalion garden, Pygmalion doesn't curse, he even pity that child, "Poor child, they lack of education and adequate food in their home."
That's how Pygmalion view a things, he didn't see a situation as a bad term, but rather from a good term, he never thinks bad about others, but he looked a good things behind the bad deeds of others.

One day Pygmalion carved wooden statue of a woman from a very smooth wood, he carves human sized statue. when it was finished, it looks like a real human being, sweet smiling face, charming, and beautiful statue. Pygmalion friends said "Ah, Really good statue, but it's just a sculpture not a wife." But Pygmalion doesn't care and treat it as a human being.

The Gods on Mount Olympus noticed and appreciated Pygmalion good deeds, then they decided to give Pygmalion a blessing, The Gods changed the statue into a real human being. Thus, Pygmalion lived happily with his wife who allegedly is the most beautiful woman in the entire country of Greece.

How important is “The Philosophy of Ants” you apply in your workplace? The concept of that philosophy is simple, but it’s very good for you apply.

Career expert Jim Rohn had an own argument about the philosophy itself. The Ant have four great  philosophy :

1.       Ants  never give up, if you want to stop them, they will always look for another way. They will climb up or down or maybe take a long path by walk around the blocker looking for wayout. It’s great isn’t ? so, don’t you ever give up to find a way for your dream.

2.       Ants consider summer as winter. It’s important point of view. You can’t be so naive with assuming there always be long summer, the ants collecting food for winter at summer, because it’s so important for them to be realistic. At summer you have to think about winter, you have to think about bad weather too when still enjoying good weather, what i mean is, you have to planned your future.

3.       Ants also considering all winter as summer, why? Because at winter ants remind itself
“Winter never last forever, we will pass through this bad situation.”

4.       How much the ants will gather their food at summer for winter? they’re looking for as much as they can! Isn’t it great? “as much as they can” not half hearted, but with full heart.

So what we can learns from The Ant? They are :

1.       Never Give Up

2.       Look Forward

3.       Be Positive

4.       Do as much as you can with full heart

1. Stupid people are hard to find job, so they tend to business, in order for the business doing well, they have to recruit smart people, so the boss of smart people is a stupid people.

2. Stupid people often made a mistakes, then they recruiting smart people who never made a mistakes to fix their mistakes, so stupid people ordered smart people for their business

3. Smart people learn to get a diploma to find a job. Stupid people think how to get money fast for paying smart people at their business

4. when stupid people business are down, they fired smart people, then smart people are making a riot and crying want to get their job back,

5. But when stupid people business doing well, smart people feels happy for working at it and spent their time at work, stupid people are having quality time with their family

6. Stupid people eyes are always looking for opportunity for making money, but smart people eyes are always looking for job vacancy.

7. Bill Gates ( Microsoft), Dell, Hendry (Ford), Thomas Alfa Edison, Tommy Suharto, Liem Siu Liong (BCA Group), are Rich stupid people that never got diploma but thousand and more smart people with diploma work hard for them


i'm not talking bad about stupid and smart people with or without education, it's all about mindset

The Hardest Things to do is "Action"

Yes, this is not the first time i'm writing blog, i already make a lot, but all useless blog just for fun blog and meaningless,
but today i want start a new one from zero, started with new gmail account..
Why i make the title post The Hardest Things to do is "Action" ?  because it's the thruth, we can heard and learn the theory easily from our friends or teacher or maybe our mentor from business, but all meaningless until we start to "Action" , do what they tell us to do, for me, it's doing what i have to do, not just daydreaming all day or just say yes to our boss without doing anything..

and today i want to start changing, start doing what i want to do from 5 years ago...
