What is Emotional Intelligence ?


Emotional Intelligence is the ability of a person to monitor own and other person emotions, to discriminate different emotion and label it appropriately and use it to guide our behavior and thinking to others, and how to Emotional Intelligence can affect your career? Here i give to some practical tips to build your career by developing emotional intelligence.

  1.  Emotional Intelligence started by knowing yourself (Self-Awareness), know your own power.
  2. Develop an attitude of optimism, attitude which is one element of this Emotional Intelligence will allow you to achieve success and happiness, because people who are optimistic usually live longer, healthier, more able to explore self ability and enjoy success.
  3. Develop Flexibility, not much that remarkable success and satisfctorily acgieved when we are thinking of something beyond what is we have planned.
  4. Utilize your skills in interpersonal relationships, not in the sense necessary to know many things about a person, but more to develop strong relationship that can contribute to you reach the goal.
